I hold my in-person consultations at my office in Brightlingsea. If you are anywhere else in the world we can meet virtually via video call, so your location is no barrier. You are welcome to book consultations as one off appointments but I find my clients have much more success when they work with me on a more regular basis, so as a minimum I recommend booking a course of three sessions to help you towards your goals.
In our sessions I will focus on getting to know you and your unique circumstances. I will learn what has led you here and what you want to achieve. Using my gentle approach, we can work together to help you start to make changes that you are motivated to implement here and now. We don’t focus on the number on the scale but all the other markers that things are changing – better sleep, more energy, being able to concentrate or better relationships with your family as your mood swings settle. Once you feel better everything, including weight loss, becomes much easier. Ultimately, my aim will be to build your knowledge and confidence so you can see results and make changes that will last a lifetime.
