Health & Wellness Walks in Brightlingsea

Get out and about in the fresh air with like minded people with the opportunity to discuss your nutrition based questions and queries with me! Suitable for all abilities, no one gets left behind. Walking can help you maintain a healthy weight and reduce stress, you get to meet new people and best of all get to soak up the beautiful views of Brightlingsea, near Colchester in Essex.

I am absolutely passionate about educating and enabling people to be the best version of themselves, so I’ve created this series of events to do just that. Walking is such an inclusive activity with so many benefits, plus it’s easy, it doesn’t require any specialist equipment and is a simple route to increasing your fitness.

 No one gets left behind

I will walk with the person at the back, with the rest of the group walking in loops so we join back together at regular intervals. It’s during this time you will be able to ask me your health and nutrition based questions you’ve always wanted the answer to.

The first event will be on Sunday 26th May at 9.30am, with the next session on Wednesday 5th June at 9.15am. We will meet at the start of the beach huts (nearest the sailing club) and do a loop to Bateman’s Tower and back. The route does not require any special walking boots or wellies just a comfortable pair of trainers. £1.50 per session, no need to book just let me know if you’re planning on coming so I know to wait for you. Bring a friend and I’ll see you there!
