How much do you charge?

A 1:1 consultation lasting 50 minutes is £35. If you make a block booking of 3 sessions you get this at the discounted rate of £100.

My 4 Week Intensive Package is outstanding value at £220.

My 8 Week Online Course is £35.99.

How often will I need to see you?

If you book a one off appointment or block of 3 sessions then this really is up to you and what you want to achieve. However, generally I would recommend around 3 sessions, usually 4 weeks apart in order for you to get the full benefit of my advice.

With my 4 Week Intensive Package you will see me in person or via video call for a 45 minute consultation every week. You will also be able to ask me any questions you have or simply run things past when whenever the need arises during the 4 weeks. I will be in contact regularly to provide you with motivation and accountability for the duration of the package.

Can you visit me at home?

Of course! Our first consultation should always be face to face but if you prefer a consultation can also take place over video call or even email.

What is a Nutrition Adviser/Consultant?

“The Nutritional Adviser is trained to provide advice in order that the individual or group may improve their health through appropriate diet and lifestyle. What happens during a consultation?

The initial consultation lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Our meeting would generally take place at your home but can take place at an alternative venue or by video call if you prefer. We will discuss in detail what you hope to achieve and any health issues you have. I will look in depth at your current diet and lifestyle and address any factors that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. By the end of the session you will have a personalised plan to help you start to address your concerns through improving your nutrition.

I recommend a follow up consultation around 3-4 weeks after our initial meeting. This is so we can review how things are going for you, what’s working, what isn’t and address any areas that you are finding difficult or challenging. In this way I can continue to support and motivate you. My aim is to ensure you have the tools to manage your diet independently and change your habits for the better.
