With perimenopause starting up to 10 years prior to your last period, many women are not even aware that their symptoms are related to their hormones. Fortunately, there is lots you can do to feel better from changing your diet and lifestyle through to HRT, and the sooner you get started, the sooner you can reap the benefits.

Primarily, my clients come to see me to shift that midlife weight gain, but find that along the way their mood lifts, symptoms ease and life just feels so much lighter.
